Show your smartphone ticket to the staff member holding a 'Napoli Official Tour' sign at one of the meeting points in Naples, based on the timeslot selected:
07:30, 08:40 Molo Beverello, at the entrance of Snack Bar Picnic
09:25 Calata Porta di Massa, in the terminal hall (15 June until 15 September)
You will be then guided to the ferry or hydrofoil
