- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded
- We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for walking around Pompeii
- Bring your snacks, or cash to buy lunch at one of the pizzerias situated next to the archaeological zone

Children under the age of 18 might be requested to show their ID card at the entrance of the site
In case of rainy weather the group will visit the (indoor) National Archaeological Museum of Naples instead of Vesuvius
Spring/Summer (March-late November): Optional hike up Mount Vesuvius
From early November to March the Vesuvius isn't accessible and it is replaced with a visit to the city of Positano and free time with panoramic bus tour of the Amalfi Coast, except for the Christmas Period (26/12/2024 - 02/01/2025)
Please notice that the Lunch stop will not be included when going to Positano
Infants travel free but do not have a reserved seat.
Please keep in mind that external factors may occasionally extend tour times slightly
