- Show your smartphone voucher
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time
- For free tickets (0-17), before the tour begins, please visit the ticket counter and present an ID

Children younger than 8 years can access to the park with a normal ticket, but they can't use our 3D technology
Those booking a EU Citizen ( age 18-24) and Child rate must show a valid identity document or passport at the ticket office; otherwise you will be required to pay the full fare
The tour will take place regardless of weather conditions, so it is advisable to dress appropriately
Once the tour is over and the augmented reality glasses are returned, it is possible to stay in the archaeological park and explore the site independently
If you are late, the tour will wait for you for a maximum of 5 minutes. After that, the tour will start out of respect for the other participant
