Instructions

• The tickets and information will be sent via WhatsApp or email one day before your visit. If you booked a ticket for the same day, it will be sent to you as quickly as possible
• Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the meeting point
• Be sure to download your tickets before reaching the meeting point, as the internet connection is unstable
• Download all audio guide content to your smartphone before the visit. Note that the ruins and museums do not have free WiFi, and mobile network coverage may be poor
• Your entrance tickets are valid from 40 minutes before until 100 minutes after the selected time. Tickets will no longer be valid if this time is exceeded
