Instructions
- Meet the staff, with a sign that has 'ARTour' written on it, at the snack area next to the ticket office
- The representative will be waiting close to the vending machines where you will find some small tables. The most convenient access is from Viale dei Papiri Ercolanensi
- Show your voucher to the assistant
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time

This is an augmented reality tour that does not include a tourist guide. The Tour Assistant will welcome you, provide you with the necessary tour equipment, and accompany you throughout the entire tour
Children younger than 8 years can access to the park with a normal ticket, but they can't use our 3D technology
Those booking a EU Citizen (age 18-24) and child rate must show a valid identity document or passport at the ticket office; otherwise you will be required to pay the full fare
The tour will operate regardless of the weather, so please dress appropriately
Once the tour is over and the AR glasses returned, you can stay in the archaeological park and wander around on your own
If you are late, the tour will wait for you for a maximum of 5 minutes. After that, the tour will start out of respect for the other participants

- Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit
